Heavyweight punch bag training needs a heavyweight hanging solution. Made from 18 -gauge H-Steel™ this RDX® Straight Hanging Ceiling Hook is tough enough to do the job well, and will not corrode in damp conditions. Using a D Shackle to hang the bag, the hook can support up to 100kg weight. Heavy duty shield bolts are supplied to fix the hook to the ceiling.
